Thursday saw my journey to Liverpool, where I convened with Paul Batty from Souto. We dedicated the afternoon to refining our presentation for Souber Tools‘ innovative window and door spreader kit. Unfortunately, Paul Souber fell victim to Covid, necessitating some adjustments to accommodate his absence at the helm. Despite the setback, we managed to adapt and proceed, ultimately achieving success. However, the subsequent morning brought news of our IT specialist, Tom, contracting the virus, leaving us without his assistance. In his stead, Ian, another member of Souber Tools, stepped in, albeit without the benefit of rehearsal. Despite the challenging circumstances, the day proved fruitful, garnering positive feedback from both Souber Tools and our team. The new product we showcased addresses common challenges encountered with UPVC doors and windows. UPVC products are known for their durability and efficiency.
At the Active Lock Centre, we strive to remain abreast of the latest UPVC tools to enhance customer satisfaction, particularly when faced with challenging tasks involving UPVC materials.
